My mantra is “the mind is secondary”, which implies that something else is primary. For me the answer is “heart”, because something done without love isn’t worth doing. This is the intentionality I bring to both personal fitness and mental health with clients I’m working with – in either case I hope to help build a more resilient and fulfilled version of you.
